將中空玻璃鋁隔條清潔干凈備用。

將丁基熱熔密封膠放入擠出機(jī)缸內(nèi)預(yù)熱到130-140℃，溫控器保持恒溫后，打出膠條檢查均勻不斷線時(shí)，將膠條涂抹到中空玻璃鋁隔條槽上，稍放涼后與干凈的玻璃壓合成中空玻璃半成品。

用進(jìn)口快速打膠機(jī)生產(chǎn)時(shí)，應(yīng)將膠筒溫度調(diào)高10-15℃，并將擠出壓力從150Mpa調(diào)到170-200Mpa，打出膠條才均勻。

取用丁基熱熔密封膠時(shí)手要清潔干凈，膠的表面不要沾入灰塵、油污和溶劑(如丙酮、汽油等)打膠時(shí)可戴不掉毛的手套，進(jìn)行涂抹操作。接觸熱膠時(shí)小心燙傷，接觸膠的手套應(yīng)干凈無毛邊或其它易粘在膠上的污染物。丁基熱熔密封膠打膠時(shí)要控制在160℃以下，嚴(yán)禁在170℃以上打膠，以免膠老化分解。
